Binary Eye.
By Markus Fisch
Binary Eye is a free, ad-free Android barcode tool by Markus Fisch. It reads codes in portrait or landscape, including inverted codes, and can also generate barcodes. The readme credits ZXing for scanning and links Google Play and F-Droid. The project license is MIT and does not carve out the icon.

The F7 Insight
Scanning and composing live in the same small tool, so a code can be checked and then recreated without a second app. The barcode mark is covered by the MIT grant on the repository.
