Fossify Notes.
By Fossify
Fossify Notes keeps text notes and checklists on Android, with home-screen widgets so a list stays visible. Individual notes can be locked, and the app can import, export, or automatically back up its data. There is no account to create. The release is marked beta, and the app does not request Internet permission.
The F7 Insight
A shopping list should not require an account. Fossify Notes stays on the phone, puts the list on the home screen, and still gives you a file you can export.
