Gadgetbridge.
By Gadgetbridge project
Gadgetbridge is a free, open-source Android app for pairing smart watches, bands, headphones, and similar gadgets without the vendor's closed application. The project says you do not need an account and that your data is not sent to the vendor's servers. The homepage names Pebble, Mi Band, Amazfit Bip, HPlus, and other devices. Standard builds and a separate nightly repository are linked from the site.

The F7 Insight
Gadgetbridge treats the watch as a local device rather than an account. For F7, it is a practical Android tool whose launcher icon has its own Creative Commons credit, separate from the AGPL that covers the code.
