Hedgewars.
By Andrey Korotaev and others
Hedgewars is a turn-based artillery game in which each player fields a team of hedgehogs and takes shots with whatever weapons the turn allows. Official downloads list Windows, macOS, GNU/Linux, FreeBSD, iOS, and source. The project calls itself free software in the freedom sense and does not state a monetary price on the download page. Images and sounds are under the GNU Free Documentation License 1.2.

The F7 Insight
The turn is a small physics puzzle: one hedgehog, one shot, and a field that remembers the mess. For F7, the pink hedgehog mark is usable because the project puts images under the GFDL rather than leaving them as an unnamed extra.
