LibreTorrent.
By Yaroslav Pronin
LibreTorrent is Yaroslav Pronin's Android BitTorrent client. It can download with BitTorrent 2.0 and WebTorrent, pick individual files, stream in order, and create torrents. The readme also lists Android TV, scheduling, and an Atom or RSS watch list. The project calls the app free software under GPL version 3 or later, with Play and F-Droid links from the developer.

The F7 Insight
A torrent app is easy to hide behind a store account. LibreTorrent keeps the transfer controls in the open: which files, which order, and which feed starts the next download.
