Red Eclipse.
By Quinton Reeves and Lee Salzman
Red Eclipse is a free arena shooter by Quinton Reeves and Lee Salzman. Movement is the main skill: parkour, impulse boosts, and dashing sit alongside arena combat. Players can change matches with a large set of mutators, and maps can be built together in a real-time cooperative editor. Packages are offered for Windows, Linux, BSD, and macOS.

The F7 Insight
Most arena shooters ask you to aim first. Red Eclipse asks you to arrive first, then aim. That parkour-led pace, plus a cooperative map editor, makes it a strong find for players who want a match they can also reshape.
